Rebellion is Dante's trademark magic sword. It is introduced in Devil May Cry 2 and appears throughout the series. Though it has the form of a standard sword, it is a magical blade originally created alongside the Sparda and Yamato when the Dark Knight Sparda split his power into three pieces, and was named by him to embody "retaliation".
